The fog torch rotating solid cone nozzle technology is a unique technology independently developed based on the in-depth understanding of liquid sulfur characteristics and the accurate matching of sulfur burner structure, while drawing on the essence of rocket engine Laval nozzle technology. Through the combination of two-stage growth and fixed forced atomization, the technology uses centrifugal force and supersonic effect to force atomized liquid sulfur, ensuring that up to 75% of atomized particles are less than or equal to 20&micro. m.

The highlight of this technology is that even at a lower pressure of 0.30MPa, the highly efficient sulfonate gun can achieve excellent atomization. This high atomization capability at low pressure gives the high efficiency sulfonator a wider working flow adjustment range (up to 1:2) and working pressure adjustment range (up to 1:4). Gun temperature equalization technology

The gun is installed in the sulfur furnace, and the gun body is baked at high temperature, and the metal material used will have thermal expansion phenomenon. The gun body is made of 310S material, and its expansion coefficient is about 16.6*10^-6 (1 /℃), the specific calculation formula is h1=h0(1+α *Δ T). Given that the length of the gun body is roughly between 2 and 3 meters, the external ambient temperature of the gun body is about 400 ° C when the sulfur burner is running, and it rises to about 900 ° C after the shutdown.

According to the formula, the expansion of the gun body after stopping is about 10 to 15 mm. If there are small defects such as slag inclusion, pores, hydrogen cracks in the welding, these stress concentrations will cause welding failure, and then cause steam or liquid sulfur leakage. Therefore, superb welding technology has become the key technical way to solve the problem of leakage of sulfonate gun.

In order to improve the performance of the sulfonate gun, high diameter pressure welding technology is adopted in the weld of the high efficiency sulfonate gun in the sulfur burning furnace, and the purity of up to 99.999% argon gas is used to protect the whole process, which realizes the exquisite process of single-side welding and double-side forming.
