The sampler has the function of on-line sampling, when no sampling operation is carried out, sulfuric acid will not flow out. When sampling, just place the sampling bottle in the sampling box, close the safety anti-splash door, and then operate the "sampling" button, the system will automatically complete the specified sampling amount, and automatically record the sampling time, sampling amount and operator information.

In addition, the sulfuric acid closed sampler is equipped with a two-stage sampling safety interlock protection system to ensure the personal safety of the sampler. The sampling operation cannot be performed without the splash-proof safety door closed. During the sampling process, the operator must first confirm the safety and press the "Confirm safety" button, and then press the "sampling" button, the closed sampling valve will automatically open, so as to safely complete the sampling work.
