In view of the importance of the sulfonate gun, Lilly Technology in the development of the sulfonate gun, focusing on its operating characteristics and the current sulfonate gun facing the bending, plugging, leakage and other key issues. High Efficiency Atomization Technology

The high efficiency sulfonate gun nozzle with through flow path acceleration technology has a rotating solid cone shape, which realizes the stratified combustion of sulfur fog. This design effectively avoids the front end hypoxia caused by deflagration on the surface of the hollow cone torch, thus preventing the generation of sublimed sulfur, the backward combustion and the overtemperature of the furnace. Based on the characteristics of liquid sulfur, combined with the structural characteristics of sulfur burning furnace, the rotating solid dimensional nozzle technology of fog torch is independently developed. The technology combines two-stage growth and fixed forced atomization, using centrifugal force and supersonic forced atomization wave sulfur, to achieve 75% of the diameter of the particles less than or equal to 20 microns. Thanks to the high efficiency atomization ability under low pressure, the working flow adjustment range of the high efficiency carbon gun can reach 1:2, and the working pressure adjustment range can reach 1:4, which makes the high efficiency carbon gun can easily cope with the low load demand of the initial start-up of the device, effectively avoid the occurrence of exhaust emissions and smoke accidents when the device is started, and ensure the safe and environmental protection of the device.

Gun Body Temperature Equalization Technology

The sulfogun device is installed inside the sulfur burning furnace, and the gun body will be affected by thermal expansion under high temperature environment. The 3105 metal material used in the gun body has an expansion coefficient of about 16.6*10-6(1/ C). According to the calculation formula h1=h0(1+a*△T), considering that the length of the gun body is usually between 2 and 3 meters, the external ambient temperature of the bowl burner is about 400% when it is running, and it rises to about 900 after the shutdown. If the thermal insulation steam inside the gun body is not evenly distributed, resulting in a difference in temperature between the upper and lower sides of the gun body, then the expansion amount on both sides of the gun body will be inconsistent, causing the gun body to bend upward. In order to solve this problem, we independently developed the gun body temperature equalization technology. This technology ensures uniform temperature distribution and consistent expansion regardless of whether the burner is running or shut down, thus effectively avoiding the problem of bending the barrel.

Large Channel Through Technology

As the core equipment in the device, the service life of the sulfonate gun should match the planned operating cycle of the device. However, due to the use of carbon steel in the liquid bowl pipeline and storage tank area, corrosion and iron sulfide are prone to occur, and these iron particles will be transported to the horizontal gun with the liquid bowl, causing the carbon gun to block during operation, which will cause the device to shut down or reduce production. In order to solve this problem, we used the high efficiency sulfonate gun nozzle, which is equipped with large channel through technology (flow area of 376mm) and anti-blocking dimension design, which effectively prevents the blockage of iron sulfide particles and ensures the smooth use of the phosphorus gun during the operation cycle. In addition, the nozzle runner adopts gold Au composite material, which can effectively isolate the reaction of iron and sulfur at high temperatures, prevent the formation of iron sulfide, thus avoiding corrosion, and make the nozzle more durable.

High Diameter Pressure Welding Technology

The plant is frequently shut down due to steam or liquid sulfur leakage from the phosphorus gun, which is mainly due to the three-ply bushing welding of the phosphorus gun. Because the gun works in a high temperature environment, and the diameter of each layer of clamped pipe is different, after heat expansion, the stress is often concentrated in the weak link of the welding. Once there are small defects such as slag inclusion, pores and cracks in the welding site, the stress will be concentrated, resulting in welding failure, resulting in steam or liquid sulfur leakage. Therefore, the use of efficient welding technology is the key to solve the problem of phosphorus gun leakage. High diameter pressure welding technology is adopted in the welding seam of the high efficiency gun used in the sulfur burning furnace, and 99.999% of high purity gas is used for all-round protection, so as to realize the high quality welding technology of single side welding and double forming. In addition, welding and design defects are effectively avoided through 100% non-destructive testing of the weld, ensuring the durability of the highly efficient gun.

The effect of sulfur-gun is directly related to the safe and continuous operation of sulfur acid making plant. Therefore, it is very important to test the atomization performance of the newly manufactured carbon gun. The atomization performance of the carbon gun is tailored according to the characteristics of the sulfur burner, which requires that after the manufacturing of the carbon gun, the relationship between the pressure and the flow rate, the relationship between the pressure and the Angle of the dew cone, the relationship between the pressure and the length of the fog torch, and the relationship between the pressure and the diameter of the fog torch must be accurately measured. In view of the large number of parameters of the horizontal gun atomization test, in order to ensure the accuracy of the test data, the test equipment adopts a multistage variable frequency pump, whose working pressure range is 0~2.0MPa, and working flow range is 0~20t/h. At the same time, the Siemens mass flow meter and pressure transmitter were used in the test, and the taper scale was equipped to ensure that the necessary parameters of the sulfonate gun were accurately measured.
