1. Digital sulfuric acid

After a year of careful research and development, we officially launched the concept version of the digital sulfuric acid APP at the 43rd Annual Meeting of Chengdu Sulfuric Acid Technology, and completed the development of the digital sulfuric acid APP Xiaoli brushing function at the end of the year. In order to provide you with a more convenient and personalized learning experience, Xiaoli brush question function will cover the process class, chemical class, safety class, equipment class, instrument class and operation class six categories of questions. The launch of this feature will greatly help the new forces in the sulfuric acid industry to fully master the expertise, while also providing other employees in the industry to expand their expertise. The launch of the digital sulfuric acid APP has aroused wide attention and heated discussion in the industry. As of January 10, 2025, the number of downloads of the digital Sulfuric Acid APP has reached 356, with more than 200 daily active users.

2. Hardware

1) Launched two specialized products for industry pollution emissions: a flue gas sealed sampler for conversion detection and an acid mist aspirator for reducing acid gas emissions from pump circulation tanks. These two products effectively solve the problem of unorganized discharge of acid gas in the production process of sulfuric acid, significantly protect the life and health of production personnel, and reduce the corrosion of equipment in the installation area. At present, these products have been widely used by many enterprises.

2) The exclusively developed non-contact portable analyzer that can measure the concentration of high temperature sulfuric acid up to 220℃ fills the gap in the market of portable sulfuric acid concentration analyzer in China. The product has been officially introduced to the market in November 2024, aiming to solve the difficult and timeliness problem of rapid measurement of sulfuric acid concentration in waste heat recovery devices in the sulfuric acid industry. Once the product was launched, it was widely recognized and positively evaluated by the industry. The measurement error is controlled in the actual value. Within 0.02%; The response time is only 10 seconds; Measuring range 96% to 100%.

3. Intellectual Property

Applied for "high temperature acid concentration analyzer invention patent", "non-contact conductivity invention patent", "Digital sulfuric acid soft" three intellectual property rights.

II. Technological innovation and upgrading

1. Sulfonic gun

The third generation of the high efficiency sulfonate gun was upgraded, adding gold composite nozzle technology, gun body temperature equalization technology and high diameter pressure welding technology. These three technological innovations have effectively solved the three major problems of the sulfonate gun for a long time: nozzle blockage, gun body bending and weld leakage.

2. Automatic condensing acid discharge

Implement a comprehensive automation upgrade of the condensate acid automatic discharge device, so that it can realize three modes of field automatic, DCS automatic and unattended automatic operation. At the same time, in response to the anti-freezing needs of users in the north, a comprehensive heat tracing function has been added.

3. Digital sulfuric acid DCS system

With the annual automation upgrade of the sulfuric acid industry, we have developed the optimal oxygen and sulfur automatic control solution and digital sulfuric acid DCS system for the sulfuric acid process. These systems enable fully automated operation of sulphuric acid plants, built-in driving navigation, virtual conversion measurement and safety management.

III. Performance Overview

Serve 35 customers, service capacity of 23.4 million tons. The main service products are high efficiency sulfonate gun, acid concentration analyzer, condensed acid automatic discharge device and flue gas sealed sampler.

1. Sulfonic gun

In 2024, a total of 7 sets of 800,000 tons of sulfur units are equipped with the third generation of high-efficiency sulfur guns, and the cumulative sales volume reaches 135 units.

2. Acid concentration analyzer

In 2024, there are 10 sets of waste heat recovery devices equipped with high temperature acid concentration analyzers, and a total of 85 sets are sold.

3. Automatic condensing acid discharge

In 2024, there will be 7 new units equipped with automatic condensate acid discharge devices, and a total of 61 sets of sales.
